Pricing questions
What is in the Free plan?
The basics for up to 2 accounts on 1 server: a self-hosted control plane, servers added from the dashboard, MT5 terminals deployed from the signed catalog, remembered credentials, monitoring and alerts, risk rules, emergency stop, restart on the same server after a reboot and the Trading API on demo accounts. Support is through the community and the documentation.
Why do the paid plans have no prices?
Paid plans are sized to your fleet and team. Contact us with the number of servers and accounts you plan to run, and we will propose a plan.
Which plans include failover and notifications?
Free recovers on the same server: a terminal restarts there after a reboot. Failover to a standby server and notifications are in Professional, Business and Enterprise. Failover is built: choose and arm a standby server, switch by hand or automatically, and fall back if a switch fails. Notifications go to Telegram, Slack, email and signed webhooks.
What counts as an account?
One broker login running in its own environment on your server. Today that means a MetaTrader 5 demo account. Real-money accounts are planned and not supported yet.
Do I pay for servers through you?
No. You rent Ubuntu 24.04 LTS servers from any provider and pay them directly (see preparing your servers). MetaTrader 5 is not bundled in our images: the dashboard downloads the platform when you deploy, and you accept the MetaQuotes licence yourself.
What happens during early access?
You run MetaTrader 5 demo accounts only. The Trading API places market, limit, stop and stop-limit orders, and you can modify and cancel pending orders. Stop loss and take profit work on pending orders, not yet on market orders. Releases are development builds until the production release key is published.
Can I self-host the control plane?
Yes, on every plan. The Control Plane runs on your own Ubuntu 24.04 LTS host with a one-command Docker Compose install, automatic HTTPS and built-in backup and restore. In-place upgrade, rollback and uninstall are not available yet.
