What this policy covers
This policy covers this website, the shared demo and the private sandboxes we operate. It does not cover a PerkBridge installation you run on your own servers. There, you are the controller of your data, and we receive none of it: no trading data, no broker credentials and no usage statistics.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, we do not build profiles and we do not make automated decisions about you. We never sell personal data.
Broker passwords
We never ask for broker passwords in our forms or by email, and we never see them in plain text. In a sandbox, a password you type is encrypted to the agent on that sandbox’s trading server for each start and is never logged. If you opt in to remembered credentials, it is kept encrypted and split between that server’s nile-vault and the Control Plane. In a sandbox we operate both, so use demo account passwords only.
Who receives your data
- OVHcloud (OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France) hosts this website and its database in France, as our processor.
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) delivers the fonts on this website. Your browser sends it your IP address when a page loads. Google may process it in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Our own team, who read form messages to answer them.
- Authorities, only where the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to support@perkbridge.eu. We answer within one month. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the one in the country where you live or work.
Children
This website and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change matters for how we use your data, we also say so on this website before it takes effect.
Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website, the shared demo, a sandbox or the early-access PerkBridge software. By using them you accept these terms. If you accept them for a company, you confirm that you may bind it.
1. Early access
- Early access is free of charge and provided “as is” and “as available”. Features can change, and early access can end, at any time.
- PerkBridge supports MetaTrader 5 demo accounts only. Real-money accounts are refused. Do not use early access for live trading.
- Releases are early-access builds until the production release key is published. No independent security audit has been done yet.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the servers you connect, for keeping your sign-in details and API tokens safe, and for everything done with them.
- You follow the terms of your broker and of MetaQuotes, and the law that applies to your trading.
- You do not attack, overload or reverse-engineer our services, and you do not use them for anything unlawful. Security research is welcome under our disclosure policy.
3. MetaTrader 5
You install MetaTrader 5 yourself from MetaQuotes or your broker and accept the MetaQuotes licence. PerkBridge does not ship, sell or license MetaTrader 5.
4. Licence to the software
During early access, we give you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the PerkBridge software on your own servers, to evaluate it. We can withdraw this licence when early access ends. Open-source components keep their own licences (see Open-source licences). PerkBridge and its logo remain ours.
5. Plans and fees
The Starter plan is free. Professional, Business and Enterprise plans are quoted on request, and their price, limits and service levels are set in a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
6. No advice
PerkBridge is infrastructure software. Nothing on this website or in the software is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Read the risk disclosure.
7. Warranty and liability
- As far as the law allows, we give no warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for trading losses, missed or duplicated orders, lost profits or lost data, or for indirect damage.
- For the free early access, our total liability is limited to EUR 100.
- None of this limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Suspension and ending
You can stop using PerkBridge at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put our services or other users at risk. Removing an environment or a server does not close your broker positions, so close them first.
9. Changes, law and courts
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and important changes are announced on this website before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY], and the courts of [CITY] have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.
Risk disclosure
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, cryptocurrencies, futures and stocks carries a high risk of loss, and you can lose more than you put in. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
- PerkBridge does not give investment advice, does not trade on its own initiative and does not guarantee that orders are executed, or executed at a given price.
- Risk rules, time rules and the emergency stop limit new orders. They do not remove the risk of loss, and closing a position stays possible during a halt.
- Servers, networks, brokers and software can fail. After an outage or a failover, an order whose outcome is unclear is reconciled with the broker, never sent again blindly. Check your account at the broker.
- Stopping or removing a terminal, an environment or a server does not close broker positions.
- Past performance of any strategy is no guide to future results.

PerkBridge is built with open-source software. Each component keeps its own licence. The main ones are:

Cookies
This website sets no cookies for visitors and uses no analytics or advertising, so there is nothing to accept. The language you choose is part of the page address, not a cookie.
Only when one of our administrators signs in to manage the website does WordPress set its own sign-in cookies (wordpress_test_cookie, wordpress_logged_in_…, wordpress_sec_… and wp-settings-…). Google Fonts sets no cookies but receives your IP address, as described in the privacy policy.
A PerkBridge dashboard you host sets its own sign-in session on your domain, and we do not receive it.
